Description - Familiarize yourself with the how-tos and policy of circulation in Evergreen Indiana. This webinar is eligible for 3 TLEUs. This training is required for all circulation staff of Evergreen Indiana member libraries with a Circ1 permission level who work on patron facing desks and have been trained on when policies may be overridden. Other staff members may participate in this training, but please note that permission levels are determined at the local level regardless of training.
