Worried about the hit your library’s statistics have taken this year?  The pandemic has dramatically altered how libraries are serving their communities, and is having a major impact on the traditional metrics used to measure library activities. What does that mean for you? Join us for this examination of library statistics in the age of COVID-19, including what stats you should collect, how and why you should collect them, and what this means for your library’s 2020 Annual Report.

We’ll leave time for questions, but advance questions are appreciated so we make sure we address your concerns.  Submit your questions on the registration form, or via email to presenter Angela Fox, ISL Public Library Consultant, at anfox@library.in.gov.

This webinar will take place on the Microsoft Teams platform.  For information on how to join a Teams meeting, view this tutorial.

This session is 1 hour and worth 1 LEU.
