Michelle is a
corporate culture, training and communications leader with 15+ years experience
leading organizations to find cost-effective people focused solutions in
challenging and fast-paced environments. She is recognized as a strategic
thinker and creative problem solver, distinguished for implementing effective
organizational change. Michelle joined the Allen County Public Library
Team in 2016 where she leads the Customer Service Team, manages training and
development for all 400 ACPL employees, and served as the Interim
Communications Marketing and Development Lead. Michelle is the former
Vice President of the Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce, ranked one of
Northeast Indiana’s Top 101 Most Connected Professionals, an active community volunteer
and advocate, frequent keynote speaker, and recipient of the 122nd
Fight Wing’s Recognition of Outstanding Support Award.
