Description of presentation:  The role of libraries has shifted and in many communities serving increasingly diverse immigrant and refugee populations has become a priority.  Learn about best practices from Cologne, Germany in serving new populations and how IndyPL is leveraging new resources and making intentional efforts to stay relevant in an increasingly global society.
