as a national State Data Center partner with the U.S. Census Bureau

Several honored guests from the Census Bureau will join us:

 

Dave Pemberton with a presentation on the History of the Census Bureau

Mike Ratcliffe with a presentation on 

The History Behind Census Geography

James Whitehorne, with a History of Redistricting

 and

Sarah Konya, with information about the 2020 Census

State Demographer Matt Kinghorn will speak about 200 years of Indiana Demographics!

Executive Director of the Indiana Geographic Information Council, Phil Worrall will give us a brief history of Geography/GIS collaboration in Indiana

Perry Hammock will share stories about this year's Indiana Bicentennial celebrations

Marilyn Sanders, from the Chicago Regional Census Office, has also recently agreed to speak to us about Indiana plans for the upcoming Census!

 This event is free and open to the public.

Please invite colleagues and friends to reminisce with us about Indiana data and geography history!
