Bring your friends and join the nation by participating in Indiana’s 2016 BioBlitz!

This webinar will detail the process for collecting data on flora and fauna in your geographic area. This can happen in a national/state/local park, school yard or library grounds, back yard or neighborhood, or around an office building. A BioBlitz provides an opportunity for anyone to become a citizen scientist by gathering flora and fauna information about a place. Around the country, people are engaging in a national BioBlitz May 20-21. Data can be collected any time in May. We will all contribute to the national collection of data commemorating the 100th anniversary of the National Park Service.

Using the iNaturalist webpage and app, you can easily contribute to the efforts to gather information about Indiana’s flora and fauna: urban, suburban, & rural. Every place matters!
